Taco seasoned beef wrap

Instructions

Seasoning prep

Step 1
In a small pot or bowl, mix all the dry seasonings together until well combined. Then to do the same with the wet seasoning mix
Step 2
Heat the oil over a medium heat and cook until browned (not grey), crushing up with a spatula as it cooks. You may need to do this in batches to stop the meat boiling in its own fat
Step 3
Once the meat is browned. Add all the meat to the pan (if done in batches). Then add dry and wet seasoning mix and stir and cook for a 5 minutes

Making the wraps

Step 4
Warm the tortillas by microwaving them (about 10-15 seconds per tortilla).
Step 5
Once they are warm. Add 1 a tbsp of macho cheese sauce to the bottom of the tortilla about a 3rd of the way up from the bottom. Add the rocket, then the peppers and then top with the beef. Then fold the wrap in your preferred way
Step 6
Optionally you can now toast the wrap in a clean pan over a medium low heat. Also, optionally wrap in some parchment paper or foil and let it sit for a few minutes, it makes a difference!
