Grilled Cheese Burrito

If you like the Taco Bell grilled cheese burrito, then you’ll love this! It’s also a one pot recipe.

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium high heat, begin heating your oil
Step 2
While your oil is heating, chop your onion
Step 3
Once your pan is hot, add the ground beef and onion and cook all the way through
Step 4
Once cooked, drain the grease and add the taco seasoning. Mix well.
Step 5
You will then add the chicken broth, undrained can of rotel, cubed velveeta cheese, and minute rice. Stir well so the rice is covered
Step 6
Turn the heat down to low, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes. Stir it half way through.
Step 7
When the meat mixture is done, you’ll prepare your tortillas by putting them on a plate, covering with wet paper towel, and microwaving for 30 seconds
Step 8

Step 9
Once all the burritos are filled, grease your the same skillet and add Mexican shredded cheese to taste where each burrito will go. Turn the heat to medium
Step 10
Add the burritos on top of the cheese and cook for about 4 minutes then flip
Step 11
Continue cooking until the burritos are to your desired crispiness.
Step 12
Repeat steps 9-11 until all of your burritos are cooked
