Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Prep loaf pan by wiping butter wrapper along inside to coat with butter, and sprinkle with flour and shake to coat inside. Shake excess flour out.

Step 3

Combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix well.






Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.





Step 5

Add banana, sour cream and nuts. Mix until combined



Step 6

Bake in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cool in the pan on a wired rack.
