1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or unsweetened plain Greek yogurt)
1 cupfull-fat Greek yogurt
or unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
1 x 14 ozsugar-free sweetened condensed milk
box, or make a keto version at home
1 cup light whipped topping (such as a keto-friendly version of Cool Whip, or homemade coconut whipped cream)
1 cuplight whipped topping
such as a keto-friendly version of Cool Whip, or homemade coconut whipped cream
1 packetsugar-free powdered drink mix
such as sugar-free chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
1-2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips or unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
1 tablespoonssugar-free chocolate chips
or unsweetened cocoa powder, optional

Instructions

Step 1
Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine the full-fat greek yogurt, condensed milk, whipped topping, and powdered drink mix. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips or a small amount of unsweetened cocoa powder if desired.
Step 3
Pour the mousse mixture into a large container or individual serving bowls.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is set and firm.
