healthy whole food choc fudge cake…. MY OH MY, I think I have fallen in love. The best and most chocolatey healthy cake to exist, I am calling it!! The level of fudge in this is hard to describe, especially if you get that perfect cooking time in the microwave 🤤 Ingredients; - 1 egg - 1 tbsp maple - 1 tbsp coconut sugar (feel free to drop both maple and coconut sugar to 1 tsp each for lower sugar content) - 1 tbsp tahini - 2 tbsp cacao (or 1.5 tbsp if you prefer a less rich cake) - OPTIONAL; a chopped up cube of dark chocolate Directions; 1. Mix in all ingredients 2. Top with dark chocolate 3. Microwave for 30 seconds, and if still not cooked through, continue to cook in 5 second increments (you do NOT want to overcook this otherwise it will be so dry) Eeeenjoyyy this so so much amazing people 🫶🏽
