TO MAKE CREAM SOUPS ADD 1/2 cup of any of the following:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
Step 2
To make a soup combine 1 cup of milk with 1/3 cup of dry mix. Whisk over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
Step 3
Add one of the above vegetables and heat through until cooked
Step 4
If making a seafood soup substitute clam juice for water.
