Instructions
Step 1
Remove the lid from the pot.Turn dial to SEAR/SAUTE, set temperature to HI, and press START/STOP to begin preheating.Allow the unit to preheat for 5 minutes.
Step 2
When preheating is complete, add bacon to the pot and cook uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add onions and peppers to the pot and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Step 4
Add hash browns to the pot. Stir to combine, then cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
While ingredients cook, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cheese in a large bowl until combined.
Step 6
Add the egg mixture, salt, and pepper to the pot.Stir to combine, then cover with the lid.
Step 7
Turn dial to BAKE, set temperature to 300°F, and set time to 30 minutes. Press START/STOP to continue cooking.
Step 8
When cooking is complete, use a rubber- tipped spatula to immediately serve the frittata.
