The kraken mocktail recipe
6 steps
Prep:15min
A recipe I came up with during my free time that combines the tartness of 3 different kinds of berries(blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries), the silky creaminess of coconut milk, and the shimmering effects of luster dust, all combined together to give a world view of what I believe a kraken would live in, it's natural home environment the deep blue. Enjoy!

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the berry blend: In a blender, combine blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries according to the specified ratios(3:2 for blackberries to blueberries and 1:3 for raspberries to the combined berry mix). Add the sugar and a teaspoon of grated mint to the blender.
Blend until smooth, then strain to remove seeds if desired for a smoother texture.

Step 4
Prepare the glass: Fill a glass with ice. Slowly pour the shaken coconut and berry mixture over the ice. Carefully spoon a little of the remaining blended berry mix into the glass to create a layered effect--enough to provide a rich color without making it too thick or messy.

Step 5
Finish with a sparkle: Lightly stir the drink a few times with a straw or stirrer to gently mix the layers. Sprinkle a teaspoon of white luster dust over the surface of the drink and lightly stir to distribute the shimmer.

Step 6
Garnish: Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut shavings and an additional touch of blue or white luster dust for extra sparkle. (Optional you could take some gummy worms and melt them down and wait for the gelatinous liquid to cool enough so that way it doesn't melt the silicone, and pour into a silicone mold of tentacles that resemble a octopus's arm and wait for them to cool and then gently stick them into the drink with the base of the tendril down.) Tips for enhancing flavor: For added depth, a splash of lime or lemon juice could balance the sweetness and add a hint of acidity. A few fresh mint leaves or a mint sprig can also be added as a garnish to enhance the refreshing aspect of the drink.
