Instructions

Step 1
• Cook and crumble sausage in large skillet.
Step 2
• Add in Mushrooms, Spinach, Onion/Pepper Combo.
Step 3
• Cook 3 to 4 Minutes
Step 4
• In separate bowl, crack open eggs and add in ¼ cup of cream.
Step 5
• Beat Eggs Well
Step 6
• Add in Salt and Pepper
Step 7
• Add butter to separate skillet and cook eggs until light and fluffy.
Step 8
• Combine with Sausage Veggie Mixture.
Step 9
• Add cheese and serve.
