Instructions
Step 1
Cook Sausage until done
Step 2
Remove sausage and use the flour and grease to make gravy
Step 3
Remove gravy from pan and set aside
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and cheese
Step 5
Add sausage, onion, egg mixture to pan.
Step 6
Add in the spinach and mix everything
Step 7
Leave on low heat until the eggs and spinach are cooked
Step 8
Pour gravy over top and serve.
