Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and rub in the butter mix to a dough with the milk mixture, handling as little as possible to avoid over kneading. Roll out to ½ inch thickness and cut using a 1/½ inch cutter. Place on a greased try and brush the tops with beaten egg. Bake at Gas 6, 375°F, 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
