Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together

Add the butter and knead the mixture with your hands
Step 3
Stir in the sugars
Step 4
Make a hole in the middle and slowly pour in the milk (pour it partly into the dough)

Knead it well until it becomes a beautiful dough
Step 6
Roll out the dough until it is about 3cm thick

Cut out the scones (use a 6cm diameter cutter)

Place the scones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

Brush each with the egg yolk
