Instructions
Step 1
Begin by boiling water in a pot for your pasta. Sprinkle a dash of salt.
Step 2
While you're waiting for your water to boil, dice up 2 slices of spam and dice 1/4 of an onion.
Step 3
Next, heat up your pan to medium heat. Drizzle oil and pan fry your pan for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Set the spam aside and in the same pan, cook your diced onions and minced garlic. Add a bit more cooking oil if needed.
Step 5
Once your water is boiling, add 1 serving of pasta and make sure to give it a stir in between. I cooked mine for about 6-7 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer your pasta to the pan. Leave out 5-6 Tbsp of pasta water.
Step 7
Add 2.5 Tbsp of oyster sauce into your pan along with 3 crushed up peperoncino. (Peperoncino is optional!)
Step 8
Give your pasta a mix and add pasta water as you go. Once the pasta has soaked up 80% of the juices, it's ready to serve.
Step 9
Add your spam back in the pan and sprinkle parsley flakes to finish off.
