Instructions
Step 1
Dice potatoes into small cubes and parboil for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Fry up the Sausage to almost fully cooked. Add Diced potatoes. And season as desired. I used Lawry's All Purpose Seasoning, a few shakes of Montreal Steak Seasoning, Black Garlic from Pampered Chef and salt and pepper. Fry until done.
