greek yogurt mixed well with a tablespoon of water to make it less dry then a drizzle of honey then frozen blueberries and mix them in then throw a dollop of peanut butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder
a nice variation is replacing the peanut butter with crushed walnuts or protein granola for a crunch
