Instructions

Step 1
Add 50-100 ml milk nut based upon desired consistency.
Step 2
Add walnuts, macadamia nuts, ground flax seeds (highest nutritional value to buy seeds and grind).
Step 3
Add cocoa, sunflower lecithin, cinnamon.
Step 4
Add 3 cherries, 1/2 cup of berries (save half for topping) & pomegranate juice.
Step 5
Mix on high for 3 or 4 minutes.
Step 6
Pour into a dish.
Step 7
Add the rest of the berries and the chia on top.
Step 8
Optional: add 30-60 grams of pea protein on top.
Step 9
If you want to go wild, you can add a Tbsp of sweetener Trehalose and a Tbsp of Manuka honey also on top.
