Instructions
For the salsa
Step 1
1. Blend one tomato, two cloves of garlic, a third of yellow onion, half a cup of water or less, and one tablespoon of chicken bouillon.
For the lentils
Step 2
2. Throw in one cup of red lentils in the instapot. Fill the instant pot with one cup of the salsa, then fill it with 1 2/3 cup of water.
Step 3
3. Hit the pressure cook button and cook for 3 minutes. Once the 3 minutes are done, leave it on L(lapsed time) for 10 minutes.
Step 4
4. You can add crumbled cheese if you'd like.
