Step 1
Add pie crust into a greased tart baking dish then line it with parchment paper and weigh it down with baking beads . Bake in a preheated oven at 190 c 375 f for 10 minutes then remove the beads and bake a further 7 minutes and set aside

Mix the rest of the ingredients together then pour into the pie and bake for 45 minutes or until the pie has set . ( once the edges of the pie are golden cover with foil to prevent from burning ) . Let the pie cool down then serve and enjoy
