Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Line medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine one small pkg of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tub of shredded parmesan cheese plus 2 eggs. Mix well.
Step 3
Spoon onto parchment paper and form into an even rectangle layer. Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Bake for 12-13 minutes until the edges start to brown. Turn heat to broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes until more of the top browns. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before cutting into slices.
