1. Add water & cinnamon sticks to a pot and let boil

2. wash rice in the meantime and add to pot once water is boiling and stir for a bit

3. cover on medium heat for about 15min or until water has evaporated

5. add condensed milk and evaporated milk to pot and stir until mixed

6. add in milk and vanilla extract amount of milk is added depending on your personal preference
