Instructions
Step 1
Chop up 4 Italian style chicken sausages.
Step 2
Add olive oil to a pan and sautee half a chopped white onion and the chopped chicken sausage links.
Step 3
To a blender, add 1 cup of tomatoes, 5-6 tbsps of cottage cheese, and season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 4
Blend together.
Step 5
Add your pasta of choice to water and boil. I use protien pasta.
Step 6
Once the chicken sausage has browned, add 1 jar of marinara sauce, and the blended cottage cheese mixture to the pan. Stir well.
Step 7
Stir in your cooked pasta.
