Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin from the sausage, cut it into small pieces and cook them with a drizzle of lemon olive oil in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned. Set aside.
Step 2
In the same greasy pan, add your cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-10 more minutes or until soft.
Step 3
In a blender, add the majority of your tomatoes (leave some to decorate), the burrata and basil and blend everything for a minute or until creamy.
Step 4
In the meantime, boil your pasta (orecchiette) until al dente and mix them with your sauce adding a drop of pasta water if necessary.
Step 5
Serve your pasta with some crumbled sausage and a few cherry tomatoes on top. Buon appetito!
