Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl add the first 10 ingredients. Mix together.

Grab a handful of your mixture and form them into donut shapes. Arrange on a single layer.

Spray with a touch of non-stick spray and sprinkle a little extra parmesan cheese on top.

Air fry for 13-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Mix together all your sauce ingredients. Adjust for taste as needed.
