Instructions

Step 1
Mix ground beef with salt and ginger Shape into balls
Step 2
Beat eggs with water Dip meatballs in egg mixture then roll in the flour to coat well
Step 3
Brown in oil and remove
Step 4
Drain syrup from the pineapple into a measuring cup Add water to make 1 cup Stir into drippings in pan
Step 5
Mix brown sugar with cornstarch vinegar and soy sauce Stir into pineapple juice mixture Stirring constantly until it thickens and boils
Step 6
Return meatballs and add the pineapple chunks and cherries Stir to coat
Step 7
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 8
Serve with rice
