Pumpkin pie cottage cheese cake
This will be the best 235 calories you eat! Yum!
I made the 3 ingredient cheesecake (plain) last week and you guys loved it 🥰 so let's make it fall appropriate with a pumpkin twist!
Macros: 27g protein, 19g carbs, 6g fat
Here's the recipe:
1 egg
226g lowfat cottage cheese
150g Oikos Pro Vanilla greek yogurt
70g canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
20g maple syrup
Blend and pour into two- 10oz ramekins
Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes til set.
Refrigerate to cool for at least 2 hours.
