Instructions

Step 1
Cut pork into strips and season with preferred seasoning (I use River Road Blackening seasoning) Cook till browned and done. Peel and cook shrimp in butter.

Cut veggies
Step 3
Lay spring roll wrapper on a plate and run water over for a few seconds, wipe off excess water. Add cooked meat, veggies and peanut sauce and wrap.
