Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450° and wrap the potatoes all over with oil. Place them on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes, until they are somewhat soft but not cooked all the way through.

While the potatoes are baking, make the meatballs by combining the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, sour cream, garlic, and storm cloak seasoning. Mix thoroughly inform into balls directly the size of the potatoes. When the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and turn the heat down to 350°.

Step 3
Cut the potatoes, roughly into 1/2 inch thick rounds, keeping the slices altogether in a potato shape. Alternate the potatoes and meatballs in a casserole dish until the dishes full. Mixed together, the boiling water, sour cream, and tomato paste in a small bowl or measuring cup, and then pour over the meatballs and potatoes until the liquid comes most of the way of the side of the casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
