Homemade Hunters chicken.

Chicken thighs coated in bbq sauce with onions, bacon, and cheese.
Served with jacket potato and vegetables. I make this for my family, and they love it.

Ingredients
1 servings

2Chicken thighs
per adults

Bacon slice
per person

Low fat cheese
20g per person

BBQ sauce
tablespoons per person

2onion
medium, sliced in sprips
To serve with -
Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven-

Step 2
In an oven proof dish arrangements the chicken thighs.


Step 3
Coat with the BBQ sauce and scatter the onions and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.




Step 4
Mean while pierce the potatos and microwave them for 10 minutes. Then add to the oven.



Step 5
When the 20 minutes are up put the bacon over the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Step 6
Then add cheese on top of the bacon and put underneath the grill. Put a sauce pan of water on to heat up.




Step 7
I suggest putting the vegetables to boil on the hob to cook.

Serve up the chicken coating with the sauce and onions and jacket potatoes.
Straine the vegetables with colander served with " butter 🧈" if you like.
