Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Mix butter and sugar until creamy.

Step 3
Grate bananas and add to mixture.
Step 4
Add lemon juice to mixture and mix well.

Step 5
Sift flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda and add to mixture. Mix until well combined.

Step 6
Cover pecans in little flour so they do not drop to the bottom.
Step 7
Add milk and mix well.
Step 8
Spread mixture evenly onto a loaf tray.

Step 9
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
