Chocolate chickpea cookies
Soft and fluffy chocolate chip cookies and your kids will never guess that they’re made with chickpeas! 👇🏻RECIPE
Chocolate chickpea cookies:
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor until smooth. Add in the chocolate chips. Roll into balls, flatten slightly.
Bake at 180c for about 20 minutes.
