1 cupmilk

2 ÂĽ teaspoonsactive dry yeast
½ cupgranulated sugar
½ cupunsalted butter
melted
2eggs

4 cupsall-purpose flour
1 cupbanana
mashed
½ cupunsalted butter

1 cupbrown sugar
2 tablespoonsground cinnamon
½ cupchopped walnuts

4 ozcream cheese
softened
ÂĽ cupunsalted butter
softened
1 ½ cupspowdered sugar
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Step 2
Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and mashed banana. Mix well.
Step 3
Gradually add flour, stirring until the dough comes together. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 5
For the filling, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 6
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 20x14-inch rectangle.

Spread the filling over the dough and sprinkle with walnuts, if using.
Step 8
Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
Step 9
Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 10
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 11
For the icing, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 12
Spread over warm rolls.
