Instructions

Step 1
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, pinch of salt. Stir to incorporate, add melted butter, condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk. Slowly add glutinous flour. Mix until no lumps and smooth runny batter. Strain if needed. Then add the grated cassava, mix until well combined.
Step 2
Pour into baking pan.
Step 3
● Bake for 30-35 minutes over 350*F, remove from oven. Add the remaining condensed milk, grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown
