Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 180c degres
Step 2
Torréfier nuts for 5min and let it rest for 10min. Do not burn them
Step 3
In a pan, heat some olive oil 1 spoon and add mushroom
Step 4
Heat in microwave milk and 80ml of olive oil for couple minutes to warm it a little
Step 5
Mix together flour, yeast, 3 eggs, salt and black pepper
Step 6
Add to bowl the milk and oil
Step 7
Break a little the nuts and add them to mixture along with mushroom and parsley
Step 8
Pour mixture in a cake tin and cook for 45 min
Step 9
Let it cool it before cutting
