Nutella Bond

Undeniably there is a market for a harmless chocolate spread. Here we offer our own recipe. It uses regular 'safe' ingredients, but they are concentrated calories, so don't go overboard. Sweetness: True Nutella is, in our view, unpleasantly sweet. It is also not good to habituate the taste buds to excessive sweetness. Quite deliberately this recipe yields a product which is not so sweet. Consistency: Adjust the quantities of liquid (almond milk or similar) according to the consistency of the nut butter so as to obtain a final product which is stiff, yet readiby spreadable.
