For the dressing

Step 1
Wash and steam the sprouts for 10 minutes ( or cook in boiling water )
Brussel sprouts500 grams
Step 2
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan to a lined baking dish then add the sprout and use a glass to press down and smash it .i spray the glass with oil so the sprout doesn’t stick . Season with some garlic and rosemary salt , black pepper then add more Parmesan on top and a grating of lemon zest . Bake for 10 minutes at 200 c fan / 400 f or until the cheese has gone crispy

For the dressing
Step 3
Add yogurt creamy balsamic or balsamic vinegar garlic honey and olive oil to a bowl then add salt and pepper to taste and mix . Drizzle over the crispy sprouts and enjoy
