Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Step 2
Assemble wings on baking sheet. Drizzle Chicken Rub seasoning on both sides of the wings.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and no longer pink in the centers, 40 to 45 minutes. - Optional Flip at 20 minutes
Step 4
Toss wings in desired sauces
Step 5
Serve with Salad
