Instructions

Step 1
In med bowl mix flour, salt, cornmeal, sugar
Step 2
In small bowl add buttermilk, egg, butter and mix
Step 3
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl
Step 4
Add All corn and mix well
Step 5
Heat oil to 365F (185C) in deep fryer pan
Step 6
Drop corn fritters in oil, flipping until golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from oil and place on paper towel to absorb oil
Step 8
Serve hot
