Instructions
Step 1
Combine pumpkin and egg, beat well.
Step 2
Sift flour, salt and nutmeg and beat into pumpkin mixture.
Step 3
Drop spoonfuls of mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, five to eight minutes.

Drain on absorbent paper towels.
