Step 1
Whisk the eggs and sugar until light and frothy. Melt the butter and chocolate together, then pour into the egg mixture. Whisk until combined. Add your flour and coco powder then pour into a lined tin. Bake at 180 fan until the brownie doesn't wobble anymore, mine took about 15 minutes.

Add your favorite filling

Warm the cream in a pan until it is steaming but not quite boiling. It could curdle the ganache if it gets too hot. Break the dark chocolate into small chunks, then pour the hot cream over it. Leave to stand for 3 minutes, then stir.
