Roll out the pastry and use a Small circular cookie cutter to cut out cookies then add to a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes at 180 c /360 f or until

Break up the caramels then add butter and cream and heat on medium heat stirring u til everything is smooth and melted

Use a spoon to drop some of the caramel into the center of the cookies then let cool for 5 minutes

Melt dark chocolate with a little oil or butter if necessary to thin it out . Use a spoon to drip a little dark chocolate in the caramel then let it set . Enjoy !
