0.25granulated sugar
1egg
room temp
1 ¾ cupsall-purpose flour
oil
1 cupheavy cream

Instructions
Step 1
Add warm milk and 1 packet of instant yeast into the mixing bowl, then whisk together.
Step 2
Then add in the melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and all-purpose flour, and mix it with a tablespoon until it's all combined.
Step 3
Once the mixture is combined, knead the dough in the bowl for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Then, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and continue kneading until it's smooth and elastic.
Step 5
After kneading the dough, lightly oil the bowl and place the dough back inside.
Step 6
Cover it with a cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour until it has doubled in size.
Step 7
When you roll out the dough, aim for a rectangular shape, about 1.25 cm (1/2 inch) thick. This ensures a fluffy texture.
Step 8
Make sure to spread the filling evenly on the dough. (See step 9.)
Filling:
Step 9
Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter (slightly melted) in a small bowl. Stir with a spoon until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
Step 10
Roll up the dough, but make sure not to roll it too thick, rather keep it on the thinner side.
Step 11
Cut 12 even rolls using dental floss or a sharp knife.
Step 12
Place the cinnamon rolls in a baking dish with the open side facing upwards to ensure they rise nicely while baking, preventing the filling from spilling out.
Step 13
Cover them for another 30 minutes with a cloth or plastic wrap.
Step 14
Once the 30 minutes are over, pour the heavy cream between the rolls.
Step 15
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Cream Cheese Icing:
Step 16
Add cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to a small bowl.
Step 17
Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is smooth and free of any butter clumps. Then, place it in the fridge while the cinnamon rolls are baking.
Step 18
Once the cinnamon rolls are finished baking, spread the cream cheese frosting over the rolls and enjoy!
