Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2
Start by slicing open two foot-long fresh French bread loaves.
Step 3
On the first sub, put a lot of turkey on one side of the sub and provolone slices on the other side.

Step 4
On the second sub, add turkey and ham meat to one side of the sub and cheddar cheese slices on the other.

Step 5
Put the open subs on a baking sheet, and bake for 350F for 10 minutes.


Step 6
While the subs are in the oven, take a big bowl and add washed, shredded, iceberg lettuce.


Step 7
To the bowl of lettuce add, 2 spoonfuls of mayo per sub, about 3 shakes of red wine vinegar per sub, and season with salt, pepper, oregano salt, and banana peppers. You can also add pickles and tomatoes if you wish too. *A lot of this step is to taste, and a lot is dependent on the size of the sub, so use each ingredient at your own discretion.








Step 8
Give the bowl a really good mix and add to the middle of your subs when they’ve finished cooking.
