Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 180C (fan forced) and line baking tray with aluminium foil, then baking paper

Mix the seasoning ingredients into a bowl. Keep garlic seperate
Step 3
Chop wings, place in bowl and sprinkle the seasoning then mix with hands. Add in garlic then mix further
Step 4
Place wings on tray, trying to spread out
Step 5
Cook for 30 mins
Step 6
Take out wings, then drizzle them with soy sauce
Step 7
Turn oven to maxi grill, then add wings back to oven for additional 10 mins to crisp up the wings
Step 8
Serve alongside rice and veggies
