Step 1

Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper then mix well


Step 2

Toast the brioche buns then add some sauce rocket Gouda cheese chicken or turkey slices onion tomato fried bacon and then the edamame cheese followed by a little more sauce and the top of the brioche bun. Serve and enjoy .
