Instructions

Make the garlic roux:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Whisk in flour and cook for another minute to form a roux.

Add shredded cheddar, bacon, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine with chicken:

Assemble the wraps:

Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
