Instructions

Step 1
Grab your blender glass and put in ice with water and leave in the fridge. (You want it cold as possible so it keep the basil leave fresh)
Step 2
After 30 mins empty blender and add ingredients (pecorino and parmigiano should be grated finely)
Step 3
Blend until all ingredients become a a fine sauce. (You'll notice the Pesto in a brighter colour than compared to what you see in the super market) this is good 👍
