Instructions
Step 1
With a blender, start by mixing garlic and pine nuts together. Make sure you have the “soul” of the garlic removed before starting the process. Add the basil and keep blending until smooth.
Step 2
Add the Parmesan and olive oil and quickly mix with the blender, finishing in a bowl (adding Parmesan or olive oil based on your desired consistency)
