Instructions
Step 1

Whisk 1 1-2 cups of biscoff in a large bowl to make it creamy then add the Greek yogurt and whisk together until light and fluffy


Step 2

Add nearly all the biscoff biscuits to a ziplock bag reserving a few for decoration then use a rolling pin to crush the biscuits into crumbs

Step 3

This makes 6 large desserts or you can make more smaller ones . Layer crumbs in little glasses then add cream and more crumbs followed by the last layer of cream then melt the last 1-4 cup of biscoff spread and drizzle it on the top . These are ready to eat but keep on the fridge for up to three days .
