These donuts are super easy to make with minimal ingredients and they’re absolutely mouth watering!
If you love Loukoumades (Greek donuts), you’re going to love these! They’re very similar in taste but different to the traditional loukma recipe.
These are great to make with the kids when you’re feeling like something sweet but quick and easy, oh and the best part is… you can top them with ANYTHING you desire! I went straight for Lotus Biscoff 🤤😋

Whisk the Egg and Sugar together until light they’re and fluffy.

Add the Yogurt and Milk and mix until well combined.

Heat Canola Oil over medium heat to 180° Celsius.

Option 1: Grease two table spoons with oil, then spoon the dough with one and push it into the oil with the other spoon.

Option 2: Spread some Oil onto your hands (or gloves) and squeeze the dough out of your thumb and index finger to create the perfect circle shape.

Fry until Golden and gently mix them to ensure they cook evenly.
