Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the sweetener and eggs together on high speed for no less that 15 mins (mixture needs to be light and fluffy)
Step 2
Add vanilla and sift in the flour, fold the mixture until its combined
Step 3
Pour batter into 6 cupcake liners and bake at 180C for 15mins
Step 4
Once baked, leave cupcakes to cool. Poke a hole in each one and add the melted biscoff (3g in each cupcake) and top with the protein yogurt ,drizzle with remaining biscoff
